West Chester 6000 Grain Cowhide Welder Gloves (One Dozen)

FEATURES AND BENEFITS:

+ Premium grain cowhide leather is highly heat resistant. Grain Leather has the upper “top grain” and lower “split” layers separated. The second-highest quality grade of leather is this top layer which has had the “split” layer separated away. This makes it thinner and more pliable than full grain.

+ Sewn with Kevlar® thread. The Kevler Sewn glove is made of Kevlar thread which is a heat resistant and durable thread. This material provides a higher protection from cuts or injuries and improves the durability of the glove. This type of glove is ideal for construction, transportation, warehouse and equipment workers, and operators.

+ Split cowhide gauntlet cuff. Split Leather is created from the fibrous part of the hide left once the top-grain of the rawhide has been separated from the hide. During the splitting operation, the top grain and drop split are separated. The drop split can be further split (thickness allowing) into a middle split and a flesh split. Cowhide is the most commonly used leather in work gloves. It is known for its strength and durability. This hide maintains its integrity and takes the shape of the wearer. Moreover, gauntlet material is extended in length to prevent wrist and lower forearm exposure. This is helpful for welding, cleaning, and cold weather, as it creates added protection from outside elements.

**Gloves sold in increments of 12 pairs in each size
