Order processing
Orders ship within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Orders with an expedited shipping method (for example, UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air) are prioritized. Delivery times for expedited services start once the order ships.
Shipping rates (United States)
- Free standard ground shipping on domestic orders of $150 or more.
- $10 standard ground shipping on domestic orders under $150.
- Faster UPS services are available at checkout for an additional charge.
There is no minimum order.
Free and $10 ground shipping apply to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are charged calculated USPS rates shown at checkout and don't qualify for free shipping.
Delivery time
Once shipped, ground orders typically arrive in 1–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed.
International shipping
We ship to Canada, Mexico, and other countries. Rates are calculated at checkout. International orders don't qualify for free shipping, and the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Damaged or missing packages
If your package arrives damaged or shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@scottysgloves.com or 347-766-0684, and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
